Sales manager

You have expertise and a keen interest in sales. You will be responsible for independent sales work and for coordinating and supporting Qridi Oy’s sales operations.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for software sales for the business sector. Your duties will also include supporting sales in our educational and sports sectors, building practices, and management. We already have sellers in these sectors.

To succeed in the position, you will benefit from having knowledge of the business sector and corporate practices in view of view HR and competence development, for example. We appreciate a goal-oriented, analytic approach and influencing skills.

We expect you to have previous experience of and views about sales work. You have the passion for active sales as well as the ability to listen to customers’ needs and refine the information into a solution together with our product development team. You want to achieve the sales targets set – even exceed them. You are capable of developing things together with our team and ready to grow with challenges.

Task priorities: 70% sales, 30% sales coordination, support and development.  The position requires travelling.

An international sales expert in the edTech and learning sector

You have an interest in the international edTech & learning sector and the ability to work in it. The theme of learning is important for you both in the product and in your work. You are well familiar with networking.

Your duties will include presenting and selling the Qridi software in the global edTech & learning sector. You will also represent Qridi in education export networks in Finland and globally.

You already have experience in international sales and enjoy building new sales opportunities. You quickly learn new things and want to deliver a good result, while enjoying sales challenges. As an employee, your are active, independent and cooperative. You are able to analyse your work efficiently and systematically find ways of achieving results.

The most important requirement in the position is not education, but having a genuine interest in the edTech & learning. We expect you to be fluent in Finnish and English. Other language skills are an asset. The work requires travelling.
